Each market corresponds to a specific threshold: if Los Angeles wins the quarter by exceeding the stated margin (13.5, 11.5, 9.5, 7.5, 5.5, 3.5, or 1.5 points), that respective market resolves to Yes. Conversely, if Portland wins the quarter by exceeding its threshold (1.5, 2.5, 4.5, 6.5, 8.5, or 10.5 points), the corresponding market resolves to Yes. No markets consider performance in the fourth quarter or any overtime periods.
