Conversely, if Portland wins the quarter by exceeding their respective threshold (1.5, 2.5, 4.5, 6.5, 8.5, or 10.5 points), that market resolves to Yes. No markets consider overtime periods, and all outcomes are strictly determined by the first quarter's performance only.
