As more traders buy shares in a particular outcome, the price increases, reflecting a higher perceived chance of success. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The market’s price is entirely driven by supply and demand; there is no centralized price setter. This dynamic pricing allows the market to quickly incorporate new information and adjust probabilities accordingly.
