The price of each share directly corresponds to the implied probability of that outcome occurring. As more people buy shares in a particular outcome, its price increases, and the probability goes up. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The market’s price reflects the aggregate assessment of all traders participating, creating a dynamic and real-time forecast. This differs from static odds offered by traditional bookmakers, as it constantly adjusts to new information and changing sentiment.
