Frequently asked questions

Prediction market odds often reflect a different perspective than those found at traditional sportsbooks. Sportsbooks set lines to balance action and incorporate a profit margin, while this market represents the collective wisdom of traders who are incentivized to accurately predict the outcome. Discrepancies can arise due to differing information, biases, or simply varying interpretations of the players' form and potential. It’s common to see prediction markets move independently of sportsbook lines, especially as new information becomes available and traders adjust their positions.

On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism where traders buy and sell shares representing their belief in the likelihood of each outcome. The price of a share directly corresponds to the implied probability of that outcome occurring. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. As more traders participate and express their views, the price adjusts to reflect the aggregated sentiment. This dynamic pricing ensures that the market odds are constantly updated based on the latest information and the collective intelligence of the crowd.

This market resolves around Nov 5, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting.
