This prediction group concerns the winner of the 2026 World Wide Technology Championship, a professional golf tournament. Users are predicting which golfer will win the event, with markets resolving based on the official PGA Tour results.
This market will resolve according to the listed player who wins the 2026 World Wide Technology Championship tournament. If a listed player is eliminated from contention for the World Wide Technology Championship tournament based on the official rules of the tournament, the relevant market will immediately resolve to "No". If an unlisted player wins the World Wide Technology Championship tournament this market will resolve to "Other". In the event of a tie, this market will resolve according to the official winner as determined by PGA Tour official tournament rules. If multiple winners are announced then this market will resolve to the player whose listed last name comes first alphabetically. If no winner is announced by November 14, 2026 at 7:00PM ET this market will resolve to "Other". The primary resolution source will be the official results published by the PGA Tour website (https://www.pgatour.com/).
All contracts resolve based on the official winner of the World Wide Technology Championship. If a golfer withdraws, forfeits, or does not participate prior to teeing off, Tournament Winner and End of Round Leader markets resolve to No, while Finishing Position, Make the Cut, Head-to-Head, and 3-Ball markets resolve to Fair Market Value. These secondary resolution rules apply uniformly across all participants and their associated contracts.
This market resolves around Nov 8, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the winner of the World Wide Technology Championship is verifiable from credible public reporting. The market will reflect the golfer officially declared the champion by the PGA Tour. Resolution will be based on the official tournament results, ensuring accuracy and transparency. Traders should monitor official sources for updates as the tournament progresses, as this will ultimately determine the final outcome of this market and the distribution of any associated winnings.
Several signals could significantly impact this market before the World Wide Technology Championship concludes. Unexpected injuries or withdrawals of leading contenders would likely cause substantial shifts in probabilities. Live tournament performance – a golfer’s score after the first round, for example – will be a major driver of price movement. Weather conditions, course difficulty, and even changes in betting sentiment can also influence trading activity. Any news regarding a golfer's form or preparation could also move this market, as traders adjust their forecasts based on new information.
