Typically, prediction market odds reflect the wisdom of the crowd and can differ from traditional sportsbook odds. Sportsbooks often set initial lines to balance action, while this market allows traders to freely adjust probabilities based on their own analysis and information. If a significant discrepancy exists, it may indicate that the market believes the sportsbook has mispriced the event. However, it's important to remember that both represent probabilities of an outcome, and neither is guaranteed to be perfectly accurate. Analyzing both can provide a more comprehensive view.

On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism where traders buy and sell shares representing their belief in the likelihood of each outcome. The price of a share directly corresponds to the implied probability of that outcome occurring. As more traders buy shares in a particular outcome, its price increases, and vice versa. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The market's price reflects the collective intelligence of traders participating on Polymarket, and is constantly updating based on new information and sentiment.
