Generally, prediction market odds tend to reflect the collective wisdom of a diverse group of traders, often proving more accurate than traditional sportsbook odds, particularly as the event approaches. Sportsbooks may incorporate biases or seek to profit from public perception, while this market aggregates information from individuals with varying levels of expertise. However, initial sportsbook lines can sometimes offer value before the prediction market fully incorporates all available information. It’s always wise to compare both to inform your decisions, but many find this market’s probabilities to be a strong indicator of the likely result.
