In the upcoming Serie A game between Parma Calcio 1913 and Torino FC, scheduled for October 19, 2026 at 2:45 PM ET: This market will resolve based on the halftime score of the Parma Calcio 1913 vs. Torino FC match originally scheduled for October 19, 2026 at 2:45 PM ET, considering only goals scored within the first 45 minutes of regular play plus first-half stoppage time; second-half goals, extra time, and penalty shoot-outs are excluded. If the actual halftime score is not one of the explicitly listed outcomes, the market resolves to "Any Other Score." If the match is postponed, the market will remain open until it is completed; if it is canceled with no make-up game, the market resolves to "0-0." The primary resolution source for this market is the official statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, data from Flashscore may be used; if Flashscore data is unavailable, data from Sofascore may be used; if neither is available, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead. All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome. If no acceptable data is available within 24 hours of the event's conclusion, this market will resolve 50-50, or to "Draw" where applicable.

Typically, prediction market odds offer a distinct perspective compared to traditional sportsbooks. Sportsbooks often incorporate a 'vig' or commission into their odds, aiming to profit regardless of the outcome. This market, driven by the collective wisdom of traders, tends to reflect more accurate probabilities, though discrepancies can occur due to differing information or risk assessments. It’s common to see prediction markets outperform sportsbook predictions, especially when a large number of informed traders participate. Examining both can provide a well-rounded view of potential outcomes.
This market resolves around Oct 19, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The resolution will be based on the official first-half exact score reported by the governing football league. Any potential delays in official reporting could slightly postpone resolution, but the platform will work to finalize it as quickly as possible once a definitive result is available. Traders holding shares in the correct outcome will be paid out based on the final market price at resolution.
Several factors could influence the price of this market. Late-breaking news regarding key player injuries or suspensions for either Parma Calcio 1913 or Torino FC would likely cause significant shifts. Changes in weather conditions, particularly if they heavily favor one team’s playing style, could also impact predictions. Additionally, any pre-match analysis from respected football commentators or analysts offering strong opinions on the likely first-half scoreline could sway trader sentiment and move the market. Unexpected lineup announcements could also be a catalyst.
