In the upcoming Serie A game between Parma Calcio 1913 and Bologna FC 1909, scheduled for November 7, 2026 at 12:00 PM ET: This market will resolve based on the halftime score of the Parma Calcio 1913 vs. Bologna FC 1909 match originally scheduled for November 7, 2026 at 12:00 PM ET, considering only goals scored within the first 45 minutes of regular play plus first-half stoppage time; second-half goals, extra time, and penalty shoot-outs are excluded. If the actual halftime score is not one of the explicitly listed outcomes, the market resolves to "Any Other Score." If the match is postponed, the market will remain open until it is completed; if it is canceled with no make-up game, the market resolves to "0-0." Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor names, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences in a team's or player's name will not affect resolution, provided the intended team or player can be clearly and uniquely identified as a participant in the listed fixture or competition. If a listed name has no reasonable connection to any participant, or could reasonably refer to more than one participant such that the intended team or player cannot be determined, this market will resolve as it would if the listed fixture had been canceled entirely; a listed participant who cannot be identified does not count as inactive or absent. The primary resolution source for this market will be official match information from Serie A (https://www.legaseriea.it/). If the governing body or event organizers have not published final statistics within 2 hours of the event's conclusion, data from Flashscore may be used; if Flashscore data is unavailable, data from Sofascore may be used; if neither is available, a consensus of credible reporting may be used. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome. If no acceptable data is available within 24 hours of the event's conclusion, this market will resolve 50-50, or to "Draw" where applicable.

Generally, prediction market odds reflect the wisdom of the crowd and can often be more accurate than traditional sportsbook odds, especially as the event approaches. Sportsbooks often incorporate a 'vig' or commission into their odds, while prediction markets allow traders to directly assess probabilities. However, initial sportsbook lines can sometimes influence early trading activity in this market. It's important to compare both to get a comprehensive view of expectations for the first half result, but remember that this market represents the collective forecast of informed traders.
On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism where traders buy and sell shares representing different exact first-half scores. The price of each share reflects the market's implied probability of that score occurring. As more traders believe a particular score is likely, its price increases, and vice versa. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The market’s price movements are driven by supply and demand, with traders adjusting their positions based on new information and their own analysis of the match. This creates a dynamic pricing environment.
This market resolves around Nov 7, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the official result of the first half of the Parma Calcio 1913 versus Bologna FC 1909 match is verifiable from credible public reporting. The exact first-half score at the end of the first 45 minutes (plus any added time) will determine the winning outcome. The resolution will be based on official data sources and will be publicly available following the conclusion of the first half.
Several factors could influence trading activity in this market. Any news regarding team lineups, injuries to key players for either Parma or Bologna, or changes in weather conditions could all shift expectations. Additionally, pre-match analysis from sports commentators and experts, as well as early betting patterns in traditional sportsbooks, may impact trading volume. Unexpected events during the first few minutes of the match, such as an early goal or a red card, would also likely cause significant movement in this market.
