Typically, prediction market odds reflect the wisdom of the crowd and can sometimes differ from traditional sportsbook odds. Sportsbooks set lines based on their own models and aim to balance action on both sides, while this market represents the aggregate belief of informed traders. If a significant discrepancy exists, it may indicate that the market perceives information differently than sportsbooks, or that there's an opportunity for arbitrage. It’s common to see prediction markets move faster to incorporate new information than traditional betting venues.

On Predict, this market is priced through a continuous order book where traders buy and sell contracts representing different outcomes. The price of each contract fluctuates based on supply and demand, reflecting the probability of that outcome occurring. As more people buy contracts for a particular team to score first, the price increases, and the implied probability rises. On Predict, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. This dynamic pricing mechanism allows the market to quickly incorporate new information and adjust probabilities in real-time, providing a forward-looking assessment of the event’s likelihood.

This market resolves around Oct 18, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting.
