In the upcoming Serie B game between Palermo FC and L.R. Vicenza, scheduled for November 1, 2026 at 1:30 PM ET: This market will resolve based on the final score of the Palermo FC vs. L.R. Vicenza match originally scheduled for November 1, 2026 at 1:30 PM ET, considering only the result at the end of 90 minutes of regulation plus stoppage time; extra time and penalty shoot-outs are excluded. If the actual score is not one of the explicitly listed outcomes, the market resolves to "Any Other Score." If the match is postponed, the market will remain open until it is completed; if it is canceled with no make-up game, the market resolves to "0-0." The primary resolution source for this market is the official statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, data from Flashscore may be used; if Flashscore data is unavailable, data from Sofascore may be used; if neither is available, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead. All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome. If no acceptable data is available within 24 hours of the event's conclusion, this market will resolve 50-50, or to "Draw" where applicable.

Prediction market odds often reflect the collective wisdom of a diverse group of forecasters, potentially differing from those set by sportsbooks. Sportsbooks establish lines to balance action on both sides, incorporating a profit margin, while this market is driven purely by traders expressing their beliefs about the probability of each exact score. Discrepancies can arise due to differing information sources, analytical approaches, or simply variations in opinion. It's common to see this market move independently of sportsbook odds, especially as new information emerges closer to the event.
On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous trading mechanism where participants buy and sell shares representing different exact score outcomes. The price of each share directly reflects the probability of that outcome occurring, as perceived by the market participants. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. As more traders participate and new information becomes available, the prices dynamically adjust, providing a real-time assessment of the likelihood of each possible result. The market's efficiency stems from the incentive for traders to accurately predict the outcome, as profitable trades are rewarded.
This market resolves around Nov 1, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The final, official result of the Palermo FC versus L.R. Vicenza match will determine the winning outcome in this market. This includes the confirmed final score as reported by official sources. Traders will be able to view the resolution details on Polymarket once the result is verified and reported, allowing for the settlement of all outstanding shares.
Several factors could influence the trading activity in this market. Any news regarding team injuries, changes in coaching staff, or shifts in player form could significantly alter traders’ perceptions of the likely outcome. Unexpected weather conditions on match day, or even pre-game tactical announcements, could also drive price movements. Furthermore, large-volume trades by influential participants on Polymarket can create momentum and shift the odds, reflecting a change in collective sentiment before the game begins.
