In the upcoming K League 2 game between Paju Frontier FC and Hwaseong FC, scheduled for October 25, 2026 at 3:30 AM ET: This market will resolve based on the final score of the Paju Frontier FC vs. Hwaseong FC match originally scheduled for October 25, 2026 at 3:30 AM ET, considering only the result at the end of 90 minutes of regulation plus stoppage time; extra time and penalty shoot-outs are excluded. If the actual score is not one of the explicitly listed outcomes, the market resolves to "Any Other Score." If the match is postponed, the market will remain open until it is completed; if it is canceled with no make-up game, the market resolves to "0-0." The primary resolution source for this market is the official statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, data from Flashscore may be used; if Flashscore data is unavailable, data from Sofascore may be used; if neither is available, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead. All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome. If no acceptable data is available within 24 hours of the event's conclusion, this market will resolve 50-50, or to "Draw" where applicable.

Generally, prediction market odds often reflect the wisdom of the crowd, potentially offering a different perspective than traditional sportsbooks. Sportsbooks set lines based on their own models and aim to balance action on both sides, while this market is driven by individuals willing to put their capital behind their beliefs. Discrepancies can arise due to differing information, biases, or simply variations in opinion. It's worth comparing the implied probabilities from both sources to identify potential value, but remember that this market represents the collective forecast of informed traders.
On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism where traders buy and sell shares representing their belief in the probability of each possible exact score. As more shares are bought for a particular outcome, its price increases, reflecting a higher perceived likelihood. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The price of a 'yes' share (i.e., a specific score occurring) represents the probability of that outcome, while the price of a 'no' share represents the combined probability of all other outcomes. This dynamic pricing ensures the market reflects the most up-to-date collective intelligence.
This market resolves around Oct 25, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The final, official score of the Paju Frontier FC versus Hwaseong FC match will determine which outcome, if any, is considered correct. The resolution will be based on the official result published by the league or governing body responsible for the match. Traders will then be able to claim their winnings or adjust their positions based on the verified result.
Several factors could influence trading activity and shift the odds in this market. Any news regarding team injuries, changes in player lineups, or even weather conditions could impact perceived probabilities. Significant pre-match analysis from sports commentators or unexpected betting patterns in traditional sportsbooks could also drive movement. Furthermore, large trades on Polymarket itself can create short-term price fluctuations, as traders react to new information or adjust their strategies. Monitoring these signals can provide insights into potential market shifts before the match begins.
