This market refers to the Overwatch match between Falcons and O2 Blast in the OCS Korea Stage 3 Regular Season, initially scheduled for October 9, 2026 at 4:00 AM ET. This market will resolve to "Falcons" if Falcons win the match against O2 Blast. This market will resolve to "O2 Blast" if O2 Blast win the match against Falcons. If the match is canceled (not played at all) or ends in a tie, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match is postponed, it must be rescheduled to a start time on or before October 23, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (14 calendar days after the originally scheduled start of October 9, 2026 at 4:00 AM ET). If, by that deadline, the most recently announced rescheduled start time is on or before the deadline, this market resolves based on the result of the match as played. Otherwise, this market resolves 50-50, regardless of whether the match is subsequently played. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://liquipedia.net/overwatch/Main_Page. However, if https://liquipedia.net/overwatch/Main_Page has not published final results within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead including video evidence. In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.

Typically, prediction market odds reflect the wisdom of the crowd and can differ from traditional sportsbook odds. Sportsbooks often set initial lines to balance action, while this market allows traders to express their own beliefs about the likely outcome of the Falcons versus O2 Blast match. If a significant discrepancy exists between the two, arbitrage opportunities may arise, where traders can profit by simultaneously betting on both platforms. However, it’s important to remember that prediction market odds are dynamic and change based on trading activity.
On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism, where traders buy and sell shares representing their belief in the probability of each outcome. The price of a share directly corresponds to the implied probability of that outcome occurring. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. As more traders participate and express their views, the price adjusts to reflect the collective assessment of the match's potential results. The current market indicates a strong level of interest in the competition between Falcons and O2 Blast, with traders actively adjusting their positions.
This market resolves around Oct 9, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. Resolution will be based on the official result of the Overwatch Korea OCS Stage 3 Regular Season match between Falcons and O2 Blast, specifically which team wins the best-of-five series. The platform will rely on publicly available and widely accepted sources to determine the winner and finalize the market. Traders should monitor official Overwatch esports channels for the final result.
Several factors could influence trading activity and shift the odds in this market. Unexpected news regarding player health, team roster changes, or strategic shifts announced by either Falcons or O2 Blast could all have an impact. In-game performance during the series itself, such as a team demonstrating a significant advantage in map picks or individual player skill, will likely cause rapid adjustments to the market. Any major upsets in other OCS matches leading up to this one could also influence trader sentiment and affect the price of shares in this market.
