This market tracks which team will lead after the first period of an NHL hockey game between Ottawa and Toronto. It focuses solely on the performance during the initial segment of the match, ignoring the final outcome of the full game. The result depends on who holds the advantage at the first intermission.
The market resolves based on which team is leading at the end of the first period of the Ottawa vs Toronto NHL game scheduled for October 3, 2026. If Toronto scores more goals than Ottawa in the first period, the 'Toronto' market resolves to Yes. If Ottawa scores more goals than Toronto in the first period, the 'Ottawa' market resolves to Yes. If both teams score the same number of goals, or if the game is tied at the end of the first period, the 'Tie' market resolves to Yes. For all markets, only goals scored during the first period count toward resolution. If the game is postponed but starts within 48 hours of the original time, the market remains open and resolves based on the official result. If the game is cancelled or does not start within 48 hours of the scheduled time, all markets resolve to a fair price.
