PredictionHero - Resolution Divergence Alerts (RDA)

Unified Resolution Criteria (Consistent across platforms)

Both Polymarket and Predict utilize identical resolution criteria regarding the first goal scored within the first 90 minutes of regular time plus stoppage time, and handling of postponements and cancellations.Primary resolution logic: Official match statistics as recognized by the governing body or event organizers, with a clear hierarchy of fallback sources (Flashscore, Sofascore, consensus reporting).

Core resolution logic:

  • The first team to score within the first 90 minutes of regular play plus stoppage time wins the market.
  • If no team scores within the first 90 minutes of regular play plus stoppage time, the market resolves to 'Neither'.
  • Postponed matches will remain open until completed.
  • Canceled matches will resolve to 'Neither'.

Edge cases & clarifications:

  • Data Availability: If official statistics are unavailable within 2 hours of the match's conclusion, Flashscore data will be used. If Flashscore is unavailable, Sofascore will be used. If neither is available, a consensus of credible reporting will be used. If no acceptable data is available within 24 hours, the market resolves 50-50.
  • Score Revisions: Revisions to officially declared final scores made *after* market resolution will not be accounted for.
Timing: Resolution will occur as soon as the official final result is available, but no later than 24 hours after the event's conclusion, or upon 50-50 resolution if data is unavailable. Our PredictionHero Resolution Divergence Alerts (RDA) are there to help users identify potential differences across platforms. They do not replace or supersede the official rules and description of any prediction market. Users are solely responsible for reviewing and understanding the applicable rules and resolution criteria before placing any trade or bet. If you notice a potential inconsistency, discrepancy, or error in an alert, please report it to our team so we can review and improve the accuracy of our data.
