Prediction market odds often reflect the wisdom of the crowd, potentially differing from traditional sportsbook odds. Sportsbooks set lines based on their own models and incorporate a profit margin, while this market relies on the collective predictions of traders. If a significant discrepancy exists between the two, opportunities for arbitrage may arise. However, it's important to note that prediction markets often have lower liquidity than established sportsbooks, which can influence price discovery and trading costs.
