If Nottingham Forest scores the first goal during regulation, stoppage, or extra time, that market resolves to Yes. If Arsenal scores the first goal under the same conditions, its market resolves to Yes. If neither team scores at all during the entire match, the 'No Goal' market resolves to Yes. For all markets, if the first goal is an own goal, resolution follows the team awarded the goal. The entire match—including regulation time, stoppage time, and any extra time periods—is considered for determining the first goal.
