In the upcoming UEFA Nations League game between Northern Ireland and Georgia, scheduled for October 5, 2026 at 2:45 PM ET: This market will resolve based on the final score of the Northern Ireland vs. Georgia match originally scheduled for October 5, 2026 at 2:45 PM ET, considering only the result at the end of 90 minutes of regulation plus stoppage time; extra time and penalty shoot-outs are excluded. If the actual score is not one of the explicitly listed outcomes, the market resolves to "Any Other Score." If the match is postponed, the market will remain open until it is completed; if it is canceled with no make-up game, the market resolves to "0-0." The primary resolution source for this market is the official statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, data from Flashscore may be used; if Flashscore data is unavailable, data from Sofascore may be used; if neither is available, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead. All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome. If no acceptable data is available within 24 hours of the event's conclusion, this market will resolve 50-50, or to "Draw" where applicable.

Typically, prediction market odds reflect the wisdom of the crowd, often differing from initial sportsbook offerings. Sportsbooks set lines to balance action and ensure profit, while this market aggregates diverse opinions. If many bettors believe a specific exact score is more likely than implied by sportsbook odds, the price will move accordingly. Discrepancies can arise due to differing levels of information, biases, or simply varying interpretations of team strengths. It’s common to see prediction markets outperform traditional sportsbooks in accuracy, especially as the event approaches.
On Predict, this market is priced through a continuous order book where traders buy and sell contracts representing each possible exact score. The price of each contract fluctuates based on supply and demand, indicating the market's perceived probability of that outcome. On Predict, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. Traders are incentivized to set accurate probabilities, as profitable trades depend on correctly anticipating the final result. The more a particular exact score is purchased, the higher its price becomes, and vice versa, dynamically reflecting collective predictions about the Northern Ireland vs. Georgia match.
This market resolves around Oct 5, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the final exact score of the Northern Ireland vs. Georgia match is verifiable from credible public reporting. The resolution will be based on the official result declared by the governing football authorities. Any potential extra time or penalty shootouts will be considered as part of the final score if applicable to the match format. Traders will then be able to claim their winnings or adjust their positions based on the verified result.
Several factors could influence this market before Oct 5, 2026. Any news regarding key player injuries or suspensions for either Northern Ireland or Georgia would likely cause significant price shifts. Changes in team form, tactical adjustments announced by the managers, or even weather forecasts impacting playing conditions could also move the market. Unexpected news events, such as controversies surrounding the teams, could also play a role. As the match day approaches, increased media coverage and public attention will likely lead to higher trading volume and more volatile price movements.
