In the upcoming Superettan game between Norrby IF and Osters IF, scheduled for October 10, 2026 at 11:00 AM ET: This market will resolve based on the final score of the Norrby IF vs. Osters IF match originally scheduled for October 10, 2026 at 11:00 AM ET, considering only the result at the end of 90 minutes of regulation plus stoppage time; extra time and penalty shoot-outs are excluded. If the actual score is not one of the explicitly listed outcomes, the market resolves to "Any Other Score." If the match is postponed, the market will remain open until it is completed; if it is canceled with no make-up game, the market resolves to "0-0." The primary resolution source for this market is the official statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, data from Flashscore may be used; if Flashscore data is unavailable, data from Sofascore may be used; if neither is available, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead. All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome. If no acceptable data is available within 24 hours of the event's conclusion, this market will resolve 50-50, or to "Draw" where applicable.

Generally, prediction market odds often reflect a more accurate forecast than traditional sportsbook odds, as they aggregate the wisdom of the crowd and allow participants to hedge their bets. However, sportsbook odds can sometimes offer value, especially if they diverge significantly from this market. It's important to compare both to identify potential arbitrage opportunities or to gain a broader understanding of the expected outcome. Sportsbooks may also have different incentives and limitations than traders on Polymarket, leading to differing probabilities.
On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism, where traders buy and sell shares representing their belief in the probability of each exact score. Share prices directly reflect the implied probability of that outcome. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The price of a share will increase if more traders believe the corresponding score is likely, and decrease if they believe it is less likely. This dynamic pricing ensures that the market odds constantly adapt to new information and changing sentiment.
This market resolves around Oct 10, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The final score of the Norrby IF vs. Osters IF match will be used to determine the winning share(s). The resolution will be based on the official result published by the governing sporting body, ensuring a transparent and objective outcome. Traders will be able to claim their winnings once the result is officially confirmed and reflected in the market's settlement process.
Several factors could influence the price of shares in this market before resolution. Any news regarding player injuries, team form, changes in coaching staff, or even weather conditions could shift expectations and impact trading activity. Unexpected announcements about team lineups or strategic changes could also lead to significant price movements. Furthermore, large trades by influential market participants can sometimes trigger volatility, as others react to their actions and adjust their own positions. Monitoring these signals is key to understanding potential shifts in the perceived probability of each exact score.
