Description

This market refers to the Counter-Strike match between NIP and Betclic Apogee Esports in the Stake Pulse Beat III 2026, initially scheduled for October 12, 2026 UTC. This market will resolve to "NIP" if NIP win the match against Betclic Apogee Esports. This market will resolve to "Betclic Apogee Esports" if Betclic Apogee Esports win the match against NIP. If the match is canceled (not played at all) or ends in a tie, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match is postponed, it must be rescheduled to a start time on or before October 26, 2026, 23:59 UTC (14 calendar days after the originally scheduled start of October 12, 2026 UTC). If, by that deadline, the most recently announced rescheduled start time is on or before the deadline, this market resolves based on the result of the match as played. Otherwise, this market resolves 50-50, regardless of whether the match is subsequently played. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, or the team is renamed or rebranded, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.

Frequently asked questions

Prediction market odds often differ from those found at sportsbooks, reflecting the wisdom of the crowd versus the assessments of professional oddsmakers. Sportsbooks typically set initial lines to balance action on both sides, incorporating a profit margin, while this market allows traders to freely express their beliefs about the probability of each outcome. Discrepancies can arise due to differing information, biases, or simply the larger and more diverse participant base in a prediction market. It’s common to see this market adjust more quickly to new information than traditional betting venues.

On Limitless, this market is priced through a continuous order book where traders can buy and sell contracts representing their belief in the outcome. The price of each contract reflects the implied probability of that outcome occurring. On Limitless, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. Traders are incentivized to provide accurate predictions, as profitable trades reward correct assessments. The current price is determined by the forces of supply and demand, with higher demand driving prices up and increased selling pressure pushing them down. This dynamic pricing mechanism aims to converge towards the true probability as the event approaches.

This market resolves around Oct 13, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The result of the NIP vs Betclic Apogee Esports match will be used to determine the winning outcome. Resolution will be based on the official results published by the tournament organizers and widely reported by reputable esports news sources. Any disputes regarding the official result will be handled according to Limitless’s standard procedures, ensuring a fair and transparent resolution process.
