This group covers the outcome of a Europa League soccer match between Nijmegen and Omonia Nicosia scheduled for November 5, 2026. Markets exist for Nijmegen winning, Omonia Nicosia winning, or the match ending in a draw, all determined after 90 minutes plus stoppage time.
The event resolves based on the result of the Nijmegen vs Omonia Nicosia professional Europa League soccer match originally scheduled for November 5, 2026, after 90 minutes plus stoppage time, excluding extra time or penalties. Three distinct markets correspond to the possible outcomes: Nijmegen win, Omonia Nicosia win, or a tie. If the match ends in a tie after regulation time, the 'Tie' market resolves to Yes. If the game is cancelled or rescheduled to more than 48 hours beyond the original date, all markets will resolve to a fair price as determined by the platform rules. The event specifically excludes outcomes determined by extra time or penalty shootouts, focusing solely on the result at the end of regulation time.
This market resolves to "YES" if the listed club wins after 90 minutes plus stoppage time, excluding extra time and penalty shootouts, in the match scheduled for November 5, 2026, 17:45 UTC. Otherwise, it will resolve to "NO." If the match is postponed, this market will remain open until the match has been completed. If the match is not completed as scheduled for any reason (for example, if it is abandoned, canceled, or awarded), and an official final result is recognized by the governing body or event organizers, this market will resolve based on that result. If no official final result is recognized and no make-up match is scheduled, this market will resolve "NO." Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome.
Prediction market odds, like those seen on Kalshi and Limitless, often reflect a 'wisdom of the crowd' that can differ from traditional sportsbook lines. Sportsbooks set initial odds based on statistical models and expert analysis, while this market allows anyone to trade and influence the price. This can lead to prediction markets being more accurate, especially as the event approaches and more information becomes available. However, sportsbooks may offer different types of wagers not available here, and may adjust their odds more quickly to balance risk. The volume of $614 traded indicates strong interest in this market, potentially leading to price discovery.
This market resolves around Nov 6, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The result of the Nijmegen vs Omonia Nicosia match will be used to determine the winning outcome. Traders should monitor official sources for the final result, as this will be the basis for settlement. The current trading volume of $614 suggests significant interest in correctly predicting the match's outcome, and traders have until the resolution date to adjust their positions.
Several signals could significantly move this market before Nov 6, 2026. Any news regarding team injuries, changes in coaching staff, or unexpected player suspensions would likely impact trading activity. Furthermore, updates on team form, recent match results, and even weather conditions could influence traders' perceptions of the likely outcome. Major shifts in public opinion, reflected in media coverage or social media sentiment, could also drive price movements. With a current volume of $614, the market is sensitive to new information and could react quickly to relevant developments.
