This group forecasts the total number of corners taken in a Premier League match between Newcastle United and Everton. Markets are offered with varying Over/Under thresholds, requiring prediction of whether the combined corner count will exceed those thresholds. Resolution relies on official match statistics.
The event resolves based on whether Newcastle United and Everton combined record a minimum number of corner kicks taken during the entire match, including regulation time, stoppage time, and any extra time periods, for each respective threshold market (8+, 9+, 10+, 11+, or 12+ corners). Each market has its own resolving condition, where the market resolves to 'Yes' if the combined total meets or exceeds the specified threshold. For all markets, only corner kicks that are actually taken count; awarded but untaken corners are excluded from the calculation. The event is unaffiliated with the governing league, and all trademarks remain property of their respective owners.
Total corners markets for the Premier League game between Newcastle United FC and Everton FC, scheduled for November 2, 2026 at 3:00 PM ET.

Otherwise, this market will resolve to "NO." If the match is canceled after it starts, this market will resolve based on official data recorded up to that point. If the match is canceled entirely before it starts or postponed/rescheduled to a restart date later than January 2, 2027, 23:59 UTC, this market will resolve to "NO."
Prediction market odds, like those found for this market, often differ from traditional sportsbook odds due to the nature of how they are determined. Sportsbooks set odds based on statistical models and expert analysis, incorporating a profit margin. Prediction markets, however, are driven by the collective wisdom of traders who are incentivized to accurately forecast the outcome. This can lead to more efficient price discovery and potentially more accurate probabilities. While sportsbooks may initially have an edge, prediction markets tend to converge towards the true probability as more information becomes available and more traders participate in this market.
Kalshi and Predict can show different implied probabilities for the same outcome because of liquidity, fee structure, participant mix, and how each venue defines the contract. Prices on Kalshi and Predict for the Newcastle vs Everton corners market can diverge due to several factors. Differences in user base, trading strategies, and the volume of trading on each platform all contribute. Kalshi may attract a different type of trader than Predict, leading to varying interpretations of the same information. Additionally, the specific mechanics of order execution and liquidity provision on each platform can create price discrepancies, even if traders have access to the same underlying data. These differences are normal in prediction markets and reflect the dynamic nature of decentralized forecasting.
This market resolves around Nov 3, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The total number of corner kicks awarded during the official Newcastle vs Everton match, as recorded by official match statistics, will determine the outcome. Any extra time or penalty shootouts will not be considered when determining the final corner count for this market. The resolution will be based on the official data source for the match, ensuring a transparent and verifiable result.
Several signals or events could significantly move this market before resolution. Late-breaking news regarding key player injuries for either Newcastle or Everton could impact expectations about the match's flow and, consequently, the number of corners awarded. Changes in weather conditions, such as strong winds, could also influence the game's dynamics. Furthermore, any tactical adjustments announced by the managers of either team, particularly those related to attacking strategies, could shift trader sentiment and affect the price of this market. Unexpected lineup changes could also be a catalyst for movement.
