On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism. Traders buy and sell shares representing their belief in the likelihood of different outcomes. As more shares are bought for a particular outcome, its price increases, reflecting a higher implied probability. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The price of a share directly corresponds to the perceived chance of that outcome occurring, allowing traders to express their views and profit if their predictions are accurate. This dynamic pricing ensures the market reflects the collective intelligence of its participants, constantly updating as new information becomes available.

Several factors could influence the trading activity in this market. Any news regarding player injuries or changes in team lineups for either Australia or New Zealand would likely cause shifts in the odds. Weather forecasts for the match locations are also important, as rain could affect the game's format or even lead to cancellation. Furthermore, performance in preceding matches, expert analysis, and even public sentiment expressed on social media could all contribute to changes in the market price. Unexpected announcements related to playing conditions or tournament rules could also impact trading volume and price.
