If New York scores more points in the third quarter, the market resolves to Yes for New York. If Philadelphia scores more points in the third quarter, the market resolves to Yes for Philadelphia. If neither team wins the third quarter (i.e., the quarter ends in a tie), the market resolves to Yes for the Tie outcome. Only points scored during the third quarter count towards the resolution.
