Description

This market tracks the total number of goals scored by both teams in the third period of an NHL hockey game. It reflects how offensive the game might be during the final frame, with different thresholds determining various outcomes. The result depends solely on the official game score, excluding any overtime periods.

Kalshi

All markets resolve based on the total goals scored by both teams in the third period of the NHL game between New York I and Toronto originally scheduled for October 17, 2026, with each market having a different threshold for resolution (over 0.5, 1.5, or 2.5 goals). Overtime goals are excluded from all markets. If the game is postponed but starts within 48 hours of the original scheduled time, the markets remain open and resolve according to the final official result. If the game is cancelled or fails to start within 48 hours of its scheduled time, all markets resolve to a fair price, ensuring equitable treatment for all participants regardless of the specific threshold market.
