This market determines which team will lead after the first period of play in the New Jersey versus Detroit NHL game. The result hinges exclusively on which side scores more goals in the opening frame.

Kalshi

The market resolves to Yes for the team that scores more goals in the first period, or to Yes for the Tie outcome if periods end level. Only goals scored during the first period count. If the game is postponed but begins within 48 hours of its scheduled start time, the market stays open and resolves based on the official result. If the game is cancelled or does not start within 48 hours, all markets resolve to a fair price.
