Description

These markets assess how many goals each team will score in an upcoming Major League Soccer match between New England and Chicago Fire. The outcomes depend on whether each team exceeds specific goal thresholds by the end of regular time, excluding any extra time or penalty shootouts.

Kalshi

All markets resolve based on the number of goals scored by each team in the New England vs Chicago Fire professional MLS soccer match originally scheduled for October 17, 2026, after 90 minutes plus stoppage time. Extra time and penalty shootout results are excluded from all calculations. Own goals count toward the team to which they are awarded. Each market has a specific threshold: New England markets resolve to 'Yes' if they score above 0.5, 1.5, or 2.5 goals, while Chicago Fire markets resolve to 'Yes' if they score above 0.5, 1.5, or 2.5 goals. If the stated threshold is not exceeded, the market resolves to 'No.'
