In the upcoming Nepal Premier League cricket match between Sudurpaschim Royals and Chitwan Rhinos, originally scheduled for Monday, November 2, 2026 at 6:15 AM ET (as of creation of the first market related to the event): DLS/DRS, over-rate penalties, forfeit/walkover, or any other on-field ruling that leads the competition to declare a winner are treated as ordinary wins. If the match ends tied and the playing conditions provide an on-field tiebreak (e.g., Super Over), the winner determined by that tiebreak will be used for resolution. If the match ends tied and no on-field tiebreak is used or available under the playing conditions (e.g., group-stage ODI with no Super Over), the market will resolve 50-50. If this market's outcome was definitively determined under its rules by the listed resolution sources before abandonment, that outcome will stand. Otherwise, the following no-result provisions apply. If the match is canceled, does not start by Wednesday, November 4, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or is abandoned with no official result by that time, the market will resolve 50-50. If the match otherwise is completed without a winner, the market will resolve 50-50. The primary resolution source for this market is the official statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead.

Typically, prediction market odds offer a different perspective than those found at traditional sportsbooks. Sportsbooks often incorporate a 'vig' or commission into their odds, reflecting their profit margin. This market, however, is driven by the collective wisdom of traders, who are incentivized to accurately assess probabilities. As a result, the implied probabilities from this market can sometimes diverge from sportsbook odds, potentially offering value to informed bettors. It's common to see prediction markets more accurately reflect true probabilities, especially as an event approaches and more information becomes available.
On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous exchange where traders buy and sell shares representing different outcomes. The price of each share directly reflects the probability of that outcome occurring, as perceived by the market participants. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. As more traders participate and new information emerges, the prices adjust accordingly, creating a dynamic and real-time assessment of the event's potential results. The market's price is determined solely by supply and demand within Polymarket, reflecting the aggregated beliefs of those actively trading.
This market resolves around Nov 9, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The resolution will be based on the official results of the Nepal Premier League match between Sudurpaschim Royals and Chitwan Rhinos. The platform will verify the results against reliable sources to determine the winning outcome. Traders who correctly predicted the result will be paid out according to the final share prices at the time of resolution. It’s important to monitor for official announcements regarding the match’s completion.
Several factors could influence the price movement of this market before resolution. Any news regarding team form, player injuries, or changes in playing conditions could significantly shift trader sentiment. Unexpected weather forecasts impacting the match schedule or pitch conditions could also play a role. Furthermore, pre-match analysis from cricket experts and any public statements from team captains or coaches might influence the perceived probabilities. Monitoring these signals and staying informed about the latest developments is crucial for understanding potential shifts in this market.
