In the upcoming Nepal Premier League cricket match between Kathmandu Gurkhas and Karnali Yaks, originally scheduled for Monday, November 2, 2026 at 1:45 AM ET (as of creation of the first market related to the event): This market refers to the combination of the pre-match coin toss and the final match result. The outcome corresponding to Kathmandu Gurkhas will be considered correct if Kathmandu Gurkhas is officially recorded as winning both the toss and the match. The outcome corresponding to Karnali Yaks will be considered correct if Karnali Yaks is officially recorded as winning both the toss and the match. In all other cases - including where the toss and match winners differ, or where no match winner is recorded - the market will resolve to "Draw". DLS/DRS adjustments, over-rate penalties, forfeit/walkover, Super Over, or any other on-field ruling that leads the competition to declare a match winner are treated as ordinary wins. If the match ends tied and the playing conditions provide an on-field tiebreak (e.g., Super Over), the tiebreak winner will be considered the match winner for this market. If the match ends tied with no tiebreak used or available, no team will be considered to have won the match and the market will resolve to "Draw". If this market's outcome was definitively determined under its rules by the listed resolution sources before abandonment, that outcome will stand. Otherwise, the following no-result provisions apply. If the match is canceled, does not start by Wednesday, November 4, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or is abandoned with no official result by that time, the market will resolve to "Draw". If the match is abandoned or otherwise completed without an official match winner being declared, the market will resolve to "Draw".

Typically, prediction market odds reflect the wisdom of the crowd and can differ from traditional sportsbook odds. Sportsbooks often set initial lines based on their own analysis and may incorporate a margin for profit, whereas this market allows traders to collectively express their beliefs about the probability of each outcome. If a significant difference exists, arbitrage opportunities may arise, where traders can profit by simultaneously betting on both platforms. However, it’s important to note that prediction market odds are dynamic and can shift rapidly based on new information and trading activity.
This market resolves around Nov 9, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The outcome will be determined by the official result of the toss in the Kathmandu Gurkhas versus Karnali Yaks match of the Nepal Premier League. The platform will verify the result against publicly available sources to ensure accuracy and transparency. Traders who correctly predicted the toss winner will receive a payout based on the final market odds at the time of resolution.
Several factors could influence the price movement of this market. Any news regarding team form, player availability, or pitch conditions could impact trader sentiment. Unexpected weather forecasts for the match location might also play a role, as toss outcomes can sometimes be affected by weather. Furthermore, significant trading volume from informed traders or large-scale shifts in public opinion could lead to noticeable price changes. Monitoring these signals will be key to understanding how this market evolves leading up to the match and its resolution.
