On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism where traders buy and sell shares representing their belief in the likelihood of a particular outcome. The price of a share directly corresponds to the implied probability of that outcome occurring. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. As more traders buy shares in a specific outcome, its price increases, reflecting a growing belief in its probability. Conversely, selling pressure drives the price down. This dynamic pricing ensures that the market odds constantly adjust to incorporate new information and trader sentiment.
This market resolves around Oct 16, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The resolution will be based on the official result of the Mytsyk vs. Stetsenko match, as reported by the governing sporting body. The platform will verify the result against these sources to determine which outcome is declared the winner. Traders who hold shares in the winning outcome will be entitled to a payout, while those holding shares in the losing outcome will forfeit their investment.
Several factors could influence trading activity and shift the odds in this market. Any news regarding the physical condition of either Mytsyk or Stetsenko, such as injuries or illness, would likely have a significant impact.
