Frequently asked questions

Typically, prediction market odds reflect the wisdom of the crowd and can differ from traditional sportsbook odds. Sportsbooks set lines based on their own models and aim to balance action on both sides, incorporating a profit margin. This market, however, is driven by individuals willing to put their capital behind their beliefs. If a significant number of traders believe one outcome is more likely than sportsbooks suggest, the price will move accordingly, potentially offering value to informed bettors. Discrepancies can arise due to differing information, biases, or simply varying interpretations of the teams' capabilities.

This market resolves around Oct 6, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The result—whether Montserrat or Turks and Caicos Islands wins the second half of the match—will be determined by the official score at the end of the second half. The platform will verify the final score against official sources to determine the winning outcome and distribute payouts to those who correctly predicted the result. The resolution process is designed to be transparent and based on objective data.

Several factors could influence the price of this market before resolution. Any news regarding team injuries, changes in player lineups, or even weather conditions could shift trader sentiment. Unexpected performance in the first half of the match would likely have a significant impact, as would any in-game events like red cards or penalties. Furthermore, large trades by influential market participants could also cause noticeable price movements. Monitoring these signals and assessing their potential impact on the outcome is key to understanding how this market might evolve.
