PredictionHero - Resolution Divergence Alerts (RDA)

Divergence Detected

Issue: Kalshi's resolution criteria are logically flawed, stating both a Montreal win *and* a Winnipeg win resolve the market to 'Yes'. Polymarket provides a standard win/loss resolution.Hero tip: Prioritize Polymarket's market as the primary indicator of resolution due to its clear and standard win/loss logic. Be cautious of Kalshi's potentially erroneous criteria.

Critical divergence points:

  • Polymarket: Resolves to 'Montreal Alouettes' if they win, or 'Winnipeg Blue Bombers' if they win. Includes a cancellation/abandonment clause resolving 50-50 if the game doesn't start by November 9, 2026.
  • Kalshi: Resolves to 'Yes' if *either* the Montreal Alouettes or Winnipeg Blue Bombers win the game. This is a logical contradiction.
Our PredictionHero Resolution Divergence Alerts (RDA) are there to help users identify potential differences across platforms. They do not replace or supersede the official rules and description of any prediction market. Frequently asked questions

Prediction market odds, like those displayed on this market, often differ from traditional sportsbook odds due to the differing incentives of participants. Sportsbooks aim to profit from setting lines, while prediction market traders are incentivized to accurately forecast the outcome. This can lead to prediction markets reflecting a ‘wisdom of the crowd’ effect, potentially offering more accurate probabilities. Furthermore, prediction markets allow for continuous trading and price discovery, adapting to new information more quickly than fixed-odds sportsbooks. However, liquidity – the volume of trading – can influence the reliability of the signal.

This market resolves around Nov 14, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The market will reflect which team, the Montreal Alouettes or the Winnipeg Blue Bombers, wins the CFL championship game. Resolution will be based on the official result declared by the CFL, and any potential challenges or disputes will be considered based on publicly available information. Traders should monitor official sources for updates as the resolution date approaches, ensuring a clear understanding of the final result.

Several signals could significantly move this market before resolution. Unexpected injuries to key players on either the Montreal Alouettes or the Winnipeg Blue Bombers would likely impact trading activity. Major news regarding team strategies, coaching changes, or weather forecasts could also influence market prices. Public sentiment shifts, reflected in media coverage and fan discussions, can contribute to changes in trader behavior. Any significant developments affecting the perceived competitiveness of either team have the potential to drive substantial movement in this market.
