This market refers to the Mobile Legends Bang Bang match between Selangor Red Giants and Team Flash in the MPL Malaysia Regular Season, initially scheduled for October 8, 2026 at 8:15 AM ET. This market will resolve to "Selangor Red Giants" if Selangor Red Giants win the match against Team Flash. This market will resolve to "Team Flash" if Team Flash win the match against Selangor Red Giants. If the match is canceled (not played at all) or ends in a tie, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match is postponed, it must be rescheduled to a start time on or before October 22, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (14 calendar days after the originally scheduled start of October 8, 2026 at 8:15 AM ET). If, by that deadline, the most recently announced rescheduled start time is on or before the deadline, this market resolves based on the result of the match as played. Otherwise, this market resolves 50-50, regardless of whether the match is subsequently played. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://liquipedia.net/mobilelegends/Main_Page. However, if https://liquipedia.net/mobilelegends/Main_Page has not published final results within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead including video evidence. In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.

Often, prediction market odds reflect a different perspective than those found at traditional sportsbooks. Sportsbooks may incorporate factors like promotional offers or biases, while this market relies on the collective wisdom of traders. Discrepancies can arise due to differing information access or interpretations of team strengths and player form. If you find a significant difference between the implied probability on Polymarket and sportsbook odds for this matchup, it could signal an opportunity for value betting, assuming you have confidence in your own assessment of the teams involved.
On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism, where traders buy and sell shares representing their belief in the outcome of the Selangor Red Giants versus Team Flash matchup. The price of these shares directly reflects the probability of each team winning, as determined by supply and demand. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. As more traders believe Team Flash will win, the price of shares representing that outcome will increase, and vice versa. This dynamic pricing ensures that the market odds constantly adapt to new information and changing sentiment.
This market resolves around Oct 8, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The resolution will be based on the official results of the best-of-three series between Selangor Red Giants and Team Flash in the MPL Malaysia Regular Season. The team that wins the majority of the games in the series will be declared the winner, and that outcome will determine the settlement of this market. Traders should monitor official MPL Malaysia broadcasts and standings for confirmation of the final results.
Several factors could influence the price movement of this market before resolution. Unexpected roster changes for either Selangor Red Giants or Team Flash, such as a key player being sidelined due to injury or illness, would likely have a significant impact. In-game performance during the series, including individual player statistics and strategic decisions, could also shift trader sentiment. Finally, any news or analysis regarding team form, coaching strategies, or potential matchups could contribute to price fluctuations in this market.
