This market refers to the Mobile Legends Bang Bang match between AC Esports and RRQ Tora in the MPL Malaysia Regular Season, initially scheduled for October 9, 2026 at 8:15 AM ET. This market will resolve to "AC Esports" if AC Esports win the match against RRQ Tora. This market will resolve to "RRQ Tora" if RRQ Tora win the match against AC Esports. If the match is canceled (not played at all) or ends in a tie, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match is postponed, it must be rescheduled to a start time on or before October 23, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (14 calendar days after the originally scheduled start of October 9, 2026 at 8:15 AM ET). If, by that deadline, the most recently announced rescheduled start time is on or before the deadline, this market resolves based on the result of the match as played. Otherwise, this market resolves 50-50, regardless of whether the match is subsequently played. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://liquipedia.net/mobilelegends/Main_Page. However, if https://liquipedia.net/mobilelegends/Main_Page has not published final results within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead including video evidence. In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.

Typically, prediction market odds reflect the wisdom of the crowd and can differ from traditional sportsbook odds. Sportsbooks often set initial lines based on power rankings and expert analysis, while this market allows anyone to trade on their beliefs about the outcome. If a significant number of traders believe a sportsbook has mispriced the matchup, the odds on Polymarket will adjust accordingly, potentially offering a more accurate assessment of the likely result. It's common to see discrepancies, especially before a large influx of betting volume.
On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism where traders buy and sell shares representing their belief in the outcome. The price of these shares reflects the probability of each team winning, as determined by supply and demand. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The current price indicates a strong expectation that RRQ Tora will perform well, with a significant portion of the volume concentrated on that outcome. This is driven by traders expressing their informed opinions and predictions about the matchup.
This market resolves around Oct 9, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The resolution will be based on the official result of the best-of-three series between AC Esports and RRQ Tora in the MPL Malaysia Regular Season. This includes verifying the final score and confirming that the match was completed according to the official tournament rules. The market will then settle to reflect the winning team.
Several signals could significantly move this market before it resolves around Oct 9, 2026. Unexpected roster changes for either AC Esports or RRQ Tora, such as a key player becoming unavailable, would likely impact the odds. In-game performance during the series itself, including early game advantages or strategic shifts, could also cause rapid price adjustments. Finally, any news or analysis from prominent Mobile Legends commentators or analysts could influence trader sentiment and shift the market in either direction, depending on their assessment of the teams' chances.
