This market tracks the winner of the 2026 World Series MVP award, as determined by MLB’s official selection process. Currently, the consensus probability that William Contreras will win the award is 100.0%. This forecast is an aggregation of data from Kalshi and Polymarket, and will resolve based on official information from MLB. Should the winner not be among the listed players, the “Other” outcome will resolve positively. Keep an eye on the announcement of the award winner following the conclusion of the 2026 World Series, with a resolution date estimate of December 31, 2026.
This market will resolve to the player who wins the Willie Mays World Series MVP Award for the 2026 World Series. If the winner is not a listed player, the "Other" market will resolve to "Yes". If more than one player is named the winner of the award, each listed player's market, including those of the co-winners, will resolve to "No" and the "Other" market will resolve to "Yes". If the 2026 World Series is cancelled, or no winner of the award is announced by November 15, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, each listed player's market will resolve to "No" and the "Other" market will resolve to "Yes". The resolution source for this market will be official information from MLB; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
Each market corresponds to an individual player winning the World Series Most Valuable Player Award for the 2026 season. If the specified player is officially named the winner, that market resolves to 'Yes.' If two or more players are named co-winners, all co-winners' 'Yes' contracts pay $1 divided by the number of co-winners (N), and all 'No' contracts pay $1 minus that payout amount. The markets operate independently, meaning the resolution of one does not affect the others. Kalshi explicitly states it is not affiliated with Major League Baseball, and all trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
