In the upcoming match between Málaga CF and Real Racing Club, scheduled for November 7, 2026 at 8:00 AM ET: This market will resolve to "Málaga CF" if Málaga CF are the first to score in the second half (second half of regular play plus second-half stoppage time). This market will resolve to "Real Racing Club" if Real Racing Club are the first to score in the second half (second half of regular play plus second-half stoppage time). If neither team scores in the second half (second half of regular play plus second-half stoppage time), this market will resolve to "Neither". If the game is postponed, this market will remain open until the game has been completed. If the game is canceled entirely, with no make-up game, this market will resolve to "Neither". This market refers only to goals scored within the second half of regular play plus second-half stoppage time. First-half goals, extra time, and penalty shoot-outs are excluded. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor names, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences in a team's or player's name will not affect resolution, provided the intended team or player can be clearly and uniquely identified as a participant in the listed fixture or competition. If a listed name has no reasonable connection to any participant, or could reasonably refer to more than one participant such that the intended team or player cannot be determined, this market will resolve as it would if the listed fixture had been canceled entirely; a listed participant who cannot be identified does not count as inactive or absent. The primary resolution source for this market will be official match information from La Liga (https://www.laliga.com/). If the governing body or event organizers have not published final statistics within 2 hours of the event's conclusion, data from Flashscore may be used; if Flashscore data is unavailable, data from Sofascore may be used; if neither is available, a consensus of credible reporting may be used. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome. If no acceptable data is available within 24 hours of the event's conclusion, this market will resolve 50-50, or to "Draw" where applicable.

Typically, prediction market odds reflect the wisdom of the crowd, often incorporating information and analysis beyond what’s readily available to traditional sportsbooks. While sportsbook odds are set by professional oddsmakers, this market allows anyone to participate in price discovery. This can sometimes lead to differences, as prediction markets may react more quickly to new information or undervalued probabilities. It’s common to see discrepancies, especially when public sentiment strongly deviates from the sportsbook’s initial assessment. Comparing both can offer a more comprehensive view of the potential outcome.
On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism, where traders buy and sell shares representing their belief in the likelihood of each outcome. The price of a share directly reflects the probability of that outcome occurring, as determined by supply and demand. As more traders buy shares in a particular outcome, its price increases, and vice versa. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The current probability of Málaga CF scoring first in the second half is 47.0%, as indicated by the share price. This dynamic pricing allows for a constantly updated assessment of the event’s potential results.
This market resolves around Nov 7, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. Specifically, the outcome will be determined by which team scores the first goal in the second half of the Málaga CF vs. Real Racing Club match. The resolution will be based on official match data and verified against credible public sources. Any disputes will be handled according to Polymarket’s standard procedures for sports-related markets, ensuring a fair and transparent resolution process.
Several factors could influence the price of shares in this market. Any news regarding player injuries or suspensions for either Málaga CF or Real Racing Club would likely have an impact. Changes in team form, tactical adjustments, or even weather conditions on match day could also shift market sentiment. Unexpected lineup announcements or pre-match analysis from respected sports commentators could also contribute to price movements. Ultimately, any information that alters the perceived probability of either team scoring first in the second half has the potential to move this market.
