Prediction market odds often reflect the wisdom of the crowd, potentially differing from traditional sportsbook odds. Sportsbooks set lines based on their own models and to balance action, while this market allows anyone to express their belief about the outcome. If there's a significant discrepancy, it could indicate that the crowd believes the sportsbook has mispriced the event, or that new information hasn’t been fully incorporated into sportsbook lines. It’s common to see prediction markets move faster to incorporate breaking news than sportsbooks do.
