On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism where traders can buy or sell shares representing their belief in the outcome. The price of a share directly reflects the probability of that outcome occurring, as determined by supply and demand. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. As more traders buy shares in a particular outcome, the price increases, indicating a growing belief in its likelihood. Conversely, selling pressure drives the price down. This dynamic pricing ensures the market reflects the most up-to-date collective intelligence of the traders.
This market resolves around Nov 8, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The resolution will be based on the official result of the Mishchenko vs. Dukhovenko match, as reported by the governing sports body or a widely recognized sports news source. The platform will verify the result against these sources to determine which outcome corresponds to the actual event result. Traders holding shares in the winning outcome will be paid out according to the final market price at resolution.
Several factors could influence the price of this market. Any news regarding player injuries, changes in coaching strategies, or even weather conditions impacting the match could shift trader sentiment. Unexpected announcements about player form or tactical adjustments could also cause significant price movements. Public opinion, as reflected in sports news and analysis, can also play a role, though this market is driven by traders’ own assessments. Major upsets in related matches or tournaments might also indirectly affect the perceived probabilities in this market.
