This market focuses on determining which team will score more runs specifically in the 9th inning of an upcoming baseball game between Milwaukee and San Diego. It highlights the importance of late-game performance, where strategies and pitcher fatigue can significantly influence the outcome. The resolution depends solely on the runs scored during that final inning, regardless of the overall game result.
The market resolves based on the number of runs each team scores during the 9th inning of the specified baseball game. If Milwaukee scores more runs in the 9th inning, its corresponding market resolves to Yes. If San Diego scores more runs in the same inning, its market resolves to Yes. Should neither team score more runs than the other—or if the game is called before the 9th inning is fully completed—the Tie market resolves to Yes, and all markets are settled at a Fair Price if the inning is incomplete due to an early game conclusion. Only runs scored within the 9th inning count, even if the home team does not bat in the bottom half of the inning unless it is cut short by an early game termination.
