If Milwaukee scores more points than Philadelphia during the third quarter, the market resolves to Yes for Milwaukee. If Philadelphia scores more points, the market resolves to Yes for Philadelphia. If both teams score the same number of points, the market resolves to Yes for a tie. Only points scored during the third quarter are considered, and the outcome is determined solely by the scoring in that period.
