Frequently asked questions

Often, prediction market odds offer a different perspective than traditional sportsbooks. Sportsbooks set lines based on their own models and incorporate a profit margin, while this market reflects the collective wisdom of traders. If a significant discrepancy exists between the two, it may indicate that the market believes the sportsbook’s odds are mispriced, or vice versa. It's common to see prediction markets move faster to incorporate new information than sportsbooks, especially in response to breaking news or late-developing insights about the teams.

This market resolves around Oct 27, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The result of the second half of the Milton Keynes Dons vs. Bromley match will be used to determine the winning outcome. The official result, as reported by a trusted sports data source, will be the basis for settlement. Traders who correctly predicted the second half result will be paid out according to their shareholdings in the winning outcome.

Several factors could influence the price of this market before it resolves. Any news regarding team injuries, changes in player lineups, or tactical adjustments could shift trader sentiment. Unexpected weather conditions on match day could also play a role. Furthermore, in-game events during the first half, such as early goals or red cards, are likely to cause significant price movements. Overall team form and recent performance are also continually factored into traders’ assessments of the likely second-half result.
