On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism where traders buy and sell shares representing their belief in the outcome. The price of a share directly reflects the probability of that outcome occurring, as perceived by the market participants. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The more traders believe an outcome is likely, the higher the price of its corresponding shares will climb. Conversely, if sentiment shifts towards a different outcome, the price of its shares will decrease. This dynamic pricing ensures the market reflects the collective intelligence of all traders involved.
This market resolves around Oct 22, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. Resolution will be based on the official result of the Melnykov vs. Mytsyk match as declared by the relevant boxing authorities. The platform will verify the result against publicly available sources to determine which outcome corresponds to the actual event winner. Traders holding shares in the winning outcome will be entitled to a payout based on the final market price at the time of resolution. The process is designed to be transparent and based on objective evidence.
