Prediction market odds often reflect the collective wisdom of a diverse group of forecasters, which can differ from sportsbook odds influenced by house biases or public perception. Sportsbooks typically set lines to balance action and ensure profit, while this market allows traders to express their independent beliefs about the probability of each exact score. It's common to see discrepancies, especially when there’s significant public interest or disagreement about the likely outcome. Comparing the two can be a useful exercise in assessing where the crowd stands versus professional oddsmakers.
