In the upcoming Premier League game between Manchester United FC and AFC Bournemouth, scheduled for October 25, 2026 at 10:00 AM ET: This market will resolve based on the final score of the Manchester United FC vs. AFC Bournemouth match originally scheduled for October 25, 2026 at 10:00 AM ET, considering only the result at the end of 90 minutes of regulation plus stoppage time; extra time and penalty shoot-outs are excluded. All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome. If no acceptable data is available within 24 hours of the event's conclusion, this market will resolve 50-50, or to "Draw" where applicable.

Prediction market odds, like those found on Polymarket and Predict for this market, often reflect the collective wisdom of a diverse group of forecasters. This can differ from sportsbook odds, which are typically set by a smaller team of professionals and may be influenced by factors like house bias or marketing strategies. Sportsbooks also often include a 'vig' or commission, whereas prediction markets generally have lower transaction costs. This market’s implied probabilities can offer a different perspective on the likely outcome compared to traditional betting venues, potentially identifying discrepancies and opportunities for informed decision-making.
Prices on Polymarket and Predict for the Manchester United vs. Bournemouth score market can diverge due to several factors. Polymarket and Predict can show different implied probabilities for the same outcome because of liquidity, fee structure, participant mix, and how each venue defines the contract. Each platform has its own user base with varying levels of expertise and information, leading to differing opinions on the probabilities of each outcome. Trading volume also plays a role; higher volume on one platform can lead to more efficient price discovery. Furthermore, the platforms may have slightly different rules or fee structures that influence trading behavior. These factors contribute to the observed price discrepancies between the two venues.
