On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism where traders buy and sell shares representing their belief in the outcome. The price of a share directly corresponds to the probability of that outcome occurring, as perceived by the market participants. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. As more traders buy shares in a particular boxer, the price of those shares increases, reflecting a higher perceived probability of victory. Conversely, selling pressure lowers the price. This dynamic pricing ensures the market reflects the latest collective intelligence.
This market resolves around Nov 1, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The resolution will be based on the official result declared by the boxing commission overseeing the M25 Tamworth fight. The boxer declared the winner by the official decision will determine the winning outcome in this market. Any disputes or challenges to the official result will be considered according to Polymarket’s standard resolution procedures.
Several factors could influence the trading activity in this market. News regarding either boxer’s training, health, or any potential injuries would likely cause significant price movement. Public statements from trainers or analysts offering predictions could also shift sentiment. Unexpected changes in the fight’s location or scheduling could also impact the market. Finally, any significant betting activity observed in traditional sportsbooks might be reflected in trading volume on Polymarket as traders attempt to capitalize on perceived discrepancies.
