Prediction market odds often reflect a different perspective than those offered by traditional sportsbooks. Sportsbooks set lines to balance their risk and ensure profitability, while this market relies on the collective intelligence of traders who are incentivized to accurately predict the outcome. As a result, prediction market odds can sometimes diverge from sportsbook odds, especially when there is significant public information or disagreement about the likely result.
