Prediction market odds often reflect the wisdom of the crowd, potentially differing from traditional sportsbook odds. Sportsbooks set initial lines based on their own models and risk assessment, while this market aggregates the beliefs of many individual traders. If a significant number of traders believe a sportsbook is mispricing the probability of a particular outcome, the prediction market odds may diverge. It’s common to see discrepancies, especially early in the market’s life, as information and opinions evolve.

The market’s price reflects the collective judgment of all participants, dynamically adjusting as new information becomes available and opinions shift regarding the Fenty vs Mitsui match.
