Frequently, prediction market odds reflect a different perspective than those found at traditional sportsbooks. Sportsbooks often set initial lines to balance betting action and incorporate a profit margin, while this market relies on the collective wisdom of traders directly expressing their beliefs about the outcome. If polls or analysts favor one player, we might see that reflected in the price of shares, but it’s not guaranteed. Discrepancies can arise due to differing information sources, biases, or simply varying interpretations of the players’ strengths. It's important to consider both sources when forming your own opinion.
