Prediction market odds often offer a different perspective than traditional sportsbook odds. Sportsbooks set lines based on their own models and aim to balance action on both sides, incorporating a profit margin. This market, however, is driven by the collective wisdom of traders who are incentivized to accurately predict the outcome. As a result, prediction markets can sometimes provide more accurate probabilities, particularly when there is strong disagreement with sportsbook lines. It is common to see differences in implied probabilities between this market and those offered by sportsbooks, reflecting differing opinions and information.
